What a delicious melange, diamonds and chocolate: life’s ultimate luxuries are uniting for Winter ‘11.
One of our projects this year has been a collaboration with Chocolate and Love. They are the producers of premium quality organic fairly-traded chocolate. The Crushed Diamonds bar won the Gold 2-star in the Great Taste Awards 2011.
Our aim was to create a treasure hunt for buyers of the chocolate bar, with a diamond the ultimate prize. The whole concept is reminiscent of the famous children's story Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. There are 4 "Golden" tickets available hidden somewhere around the UK in a bar of Crushed Diamonds chocolate, with one lucky person winning a Diabloms £10,000 diamond.
The press picked up on this and loved it. Never before had a £10,000 diamond been given away to someone in exchange for a bar of chocolate.
