Delivery

P&P on all orders with a delivery address in the UK Mainland is a flat rate of £7.95. We will only post items to the address given which matches the credit card holders address.

All items are sent out using the Royal Mail Special Delivery system which will need a signature on delivery.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.  We will send you an email with a Tracking Reference when your order is dispatched so you can track your delivery. If your order is not in stock, we will email you to notify you of a revised delivery date.

All orders are sent out in plain packing with no mention of Diabloms on the outside. If the item you ordered is a surprise present, the wording on the packaging will not give any indication to the item enclosed.

Deliveries are made to the delivery address that is supplied when the order is placed. Please note that we can only ship orders valued over £150.00 to the cardholder’s billing address.

Free Delivery

UK delivery is free of charge. Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed for delivery on the next working day after dispatch.

Click & Collect

If you prefer to collect your order from our Diabloms London store, then please email us to arrange. You must bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with the credit card and proof of the cardholder’s address. We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email.

European Delivery

European delivery is not free of charge. European orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For. Please note that we only accept BACS transfers via SWIFT. We currently ship to the following European countries - Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

International Shipping

International shipping is charged at £30.00. International orders are shipped via FedEx. All duties for international orders must be paid for by the customer. Please note that we only accept BACS transfers via SWIFT. We currently ship to these countries outside the ones mentioned above. Australia, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong and USA.
